I made one batch and froze most of it in a silicone ice tray. In my opinion, the consistency after freezing/thawing was equally as good, if not better, than the first day.
I've always wanted to make my own rice cereal! Thank you for the recipe!!!!
BTW, when Avery is a little older, you can use your brown rice flour to make these wonderful wafflesll (http://www.homeschooling.net/blog/recipes/mystery-waffles/). They are sugar free and delicious. Both my kids gobble them up plain, or with a little peanut or tahini butter on top.
